Four graphic novelists graced the podium at this reading, hosted by Suzanne Dottino, KGB Literary Director Sunday Night Fiction, and Tom Hart, creator of Hutch Owen graphic novels and comic strips.
Dan Goldman read from "Kelly," which is currently being serialized on ACT-I-VATE. "Kelly" is a romance comic dressed up as a psychedelic Craigslist roommate thriller.
Elizabeth Genco read from her story about stories, "Scheherazade," a series of urban fantasy comics shorts.
Nick Bertozzi read from "The Salon," his upcoming work about Picasso, Braque, and the art world of France in the 20s, Margo Dabaie read from "Hookah Girl," about growing up Palestinian Christian in America.
